Best Western Plus InnTowner Madison

This is the BEST place to stay if you go to U of W Clinics!!! The location is the center of everything. Good food, best beds & pillows, room service for dinner. Haven't stayed anywhere else for the 3 years we've been coming up for Transplant Clinic, or illnesses unexpectedly and you end up staying 5 days instead of 2....they were very accommodating to all our needs!!

Great place to stay b4 surgery at UW! Everyone was nice rooms where clean. Nothing special but a good value.

My hubby is doing treatments at the University Hospital down the road throughout the week and we are fortunate enough to be given a grant to stay at the Best Western Inn Towner during this time. The staff have been beautifully accommodating, kind, and flexible, as his treatment was done early on Monday. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, the continental breakfast is amazing, with just a minimal amount of construction in the hallways and front lobby. There is plenty of handicapped parking and it is handicapped accessible.

My daughter and I recently stayed at this location in Madison and would HIGHLY recommend this location if you are visiting UW - Madison campus. Their staff was great, the free breakfast was very good, HUGE Variety and all was FABULOUS!

Heads up!! December 2025.... the place is Under Construction in the Main areas. It no Hindrance to Service The rooms are un Affected, the Breakfast in the Main Room is Good! They are making the best of it. The Rides to the Hospital if your here for a Loved one is a Great relief for The People who hate big city Driving.

We had some unexpected trouble with our original reservations during our trip, and the Front Desk staff Lyle and Mitch went above and beyond to help us out. From the moment we walked in, they treated us with kindness and professionalism, quickly finding a solution and making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Every staff member we encountered had a smile and a helpful attitude. What really stood out was how much they cared about turning a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. It’s rare these days to find a hotel that truly prioritizes guests the way this one did. We’re so grateful for their help and will absolutely be staying there again on. our next trip to Madison. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for one night. Checked in late as we were coming from another state. Main office was nice and checked us in quickly. The whole place is under construction, which we had no idea about. We had to walk around the whole building to find an entrance to check-in. Not a big deal, but maybe a courtesy email to notify guests of this would be nice. The hotel feels like you're walking into a construction zone, however, inside of the rooms aren't affected. They were nice and clean. There's also signage to help navigate you through the hotel to the main office, breakfast/dinner, etc. Breakfast was complimentary, no complaints. Free parking on site. Free Wi-Fi. Overall, a decent quick stay for our family.

Was here for a surgery at the hospital. Even though this hotel is going through renovations, I would still recommend this hotel based on the outstanding service of the temporary front desk rep. He was kind and compassionate and was able to accommodate us a little early. Please make sure this gentleman ( working 1-15-26 at noon) gets the recognition he deserves. We will be back.
